She is the founder of The Las Vegas Chocolate, a plant-based, no added sugar, high-fiber chocolate collection designed for modern, wellness-conscious hospitality programs.
Over the last few decades, Chef Emmanuelle has refined a signature style of cuisine that is rich in flavor while staying naturally low in salt, sugar, and fat.
She offers bespoke private chef services for celebrities and high-profile clients, delivering discreet, high-touch dining experiences with seamless kitchen management from menu design through table service.
