Meet Chef Emmanuelle

Emmanuelle Caumont is the founder of EIGO, the Emmanuelle International Gourmet Organization, a culinary experience company based in Las Vegas. EIGO offers a variety of engaging experiences, including hands-on cooking classes, private chef events, team-building cooking classes, molecular gastronomy classes, and premium chocolate for B2B clients. 


Originally from France, Chef Emmanuelle brings global flavors, classic technique, creativity, and warm hospitality to every experience. Her classes are tailored for food lovers, families, corporate teams, date nights, and private celebrations. 


She has won First Place at the Tri-Valley Bay Area in 2001, 2002, and 2003 for her Jamaican Jerk Chicken, Raspberry Pork, and Salmon Mousse, and participated in the Favorite Chef National Competition in 2025. 


As a verified chef on Cozymeal and ClassPop, she showcases her expertise on global culinary arts and experiences platforms.

Chef Emmanuelle is an award-winning culinary instructor and private chef, known for hosting exceptional private chef events. She earned First Place honors at the Tri-Valley Bay Area Culinary Excellence Awards from 2001 to 2003 and has been recognized for her creative approach to poultry, meat, seafood, and international cuisine. Additionally, she offers molecular gastronomy classes that showcase her innovative techniques in cooking.


Her culinary story is also rooted in family. Growing up around the restaurant world, including her family’s connection to Victor Bergeron, founder of Trader Vic’s and creator of the famous Mai Tai cocktail, shaped her love for hospitality, bold flavors, and memorable dining experiences. This background also inspired her to incorporate fun team-building cooking classes, fostering a sense of community through the joy of cooking.
