    Includes full access to the DIY Mixo Lab, Crepe Bar, and all Tropical Bites.
  • The Junior Explorer Package (Ages 12 & Under) — $45 per guest
    Includes kid-friendly botanical bases, sweet crepe toppings, and non-spicy skewer alternatives.

🌱 Dietary & Allergy Modifications

  • Gluten-Free (GF): Swap pita bread for extra cucumber chips; gluten-free crepe batter available upon request.
  • Vegetarian (V): Sub chicken skewers for grilled tofu-pineapple skewers; hummus and egg salad are naturally vegetarian.
  • Nut-Free: Nutella can be completely isolated or replaced with cookie butter at the crepe station.

Born in Las Vegas, refined in the tradition of French gastronomy, Mixo invites every guest — from the youngest explorer to the most seasoned palate — to become the architect of their own extraordinary drink.
Your journey begins at the Flavor Station, where you select and layer your personal flavor profile, before moving through the Hydration & Electrolyte Lab and arriving at the Build Your Mixo station, where culinary science meets pure imagination. Watch as your creation takes shape: a stunning cascade of orange and violet, crowned with glittery dream foam, finished with a Flavor Blaster aroma bubble and jewel-like orange passion fruit boba pearls. This is molecular gastronomy in a glass — chef-led, intentional, and breathtakingly beautiful.
Every Mixo is crafted without alcohol, without artificial color, and without added sugar. What you will find instead: butterfly pea flower antioxidants, adaptogens, and deep functional hydration — ingredients chosen to make you feel as remarkable as your drink looks.
