Complimentary Venue with EIGO Catering
* Full Catering Services: Enjoy a free venue when you hire EIGO for all your catering needs at our location in Summerlin.
* BYOB Policy: Guests are welcome to bring their own alcohol, but hard liquor is not permitted.
All dinnerware, silverware, are included except if customized.
Off site vendors:
* Rental Fees: Dinnerware, silverware, glassware, and tablecloths will be charged separately.
Venue Details:
* Maximum Capacity: 30 guests
* AV Equipment: Includes free use of a 100" projector screen, projector, and tablet.
Booking and Payment:
* Deposit: A 50% deposit is required upon signing the catering contract, and pre-purchased products are necessary.

Booking, Deposit, and Payments
A 50% non‑refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date and to cover pre‑purchased ingredients and preparation time. The remaining balance (totaling 100% of services) is due no later than 48 hours before your event. All payments made within 48 hours of the event are non‑refundable, as products and labor have already been committed to your experience.
Guest Minimum
A minimum of two (2) guests is required for Chef Instructor and Personal Chef home catering services. If you wish to book an experience for fewer than two guests, a small‑party fee may apply to waive the minimum.
Travel Fees
Travel fees may apply and are based on distance, location, and access (for example, high‑rise parking, security check‑in, or remote areas).
Any applicable travel fees will be clearly outlined in your proposal before you submit your deposit.
